My work focuses on designing and facilitating structured workshops that turn difficult discussions into clear outcomes — whether the goal is to improve meeting culture, align on decisions, or solve problems that feel stuck.
My Story
My background is in organizational development, education, and facilitation, with several years of working with group processes, participation, and decision-making in both formal and informal settings. Specifically, I have extensive experience working with democratic processes in member-driven organizations, where decisions need to be both efficient and well-anchored among the people affected by them.

Many organizational challenges are not caused by lack of competence or will, but by unclear processes. With the right structure, teams can think more clearly, collaborate more effectively, and move forward with less frustration and more clarity.

As a facilitator, my role is to create that structure — guiding the process so that groups can focus on what matters and reach outcomes they can stand behind.

I am based in Stockholm but offer both online and on-site workshops.
